Wonder...

She sits and stares
thinking of nothing at all,
wondering if unicorns
really wandered the earth,
and what killed the dinosaurs.
She pondered such things;
why is the sky blue?
why is the grass green?
why do clouds form
the way they do?
She wondered why the moon
sometimes looked so big
and other times so small.
She sat and wondered
about it all.
